Requirements:
1. Iqama Copy.2.
a. Company Request Letter to Saudi Embassy (Pakistan) attested by Chamber of Commerce + Foreign office in Saudi Arabia.
b. Company Request Letter to Saudi Cultural Office (Pakistan) attested by Chamber of Commerce + Foreign office in Saudi Arabia. (Only for Degree, No Need for Diploma or Nikah Nama)
3. NIC / CNIC.
4. Passport copy with VISA Stamp stamped and signature from your Company administration only.
5. Original Nikah Nama (Marriage Certificate), Degree/Diploma with Transcripts (Marks Details)
6. Photo Copies of all your Nikah Nama, Degrees / Certificates with Transcripts (minimum 5 sets).
Note:.
1. In case of Nikah Nama Please attest it from Magistrate of the Region where Nikah Nama was Registered
2. Company Request Letter to Saudi Cultural Office (Pakistan) is required for Only Degree, No Need for Diploma or Nikah Nama
Procedure:
1. Arabic Translations of Your Degree/Diploma/Nikah Nama to be attested.2. Attestation form Higher Education Commission HEC (in case of B.A / B.Sc or Higher) / Education Board (in case of F.A F.Sc or less) / Technical Board (in case of Technical Diploma)
3. Attestation from Foreign office.
4. Verification from Saudi Cultural Office.
5. Last step, now your documents are ready for Attestation from Saudi Embassy Pakistan.
6. After you received your attested documents from Pakistan, you have to go yourself to attest them from Ministry of Foreign Office (MOFA) Saudi Arabia without any hesitation.

Yes, sure, you can attest Diploma of Associate Engineer Certificate Saudi Culture.
DeleteBut i asked with agent in pakistan , he told me that Saudi culture does not attest the diploma , he done also attested my diploma from Saudi embassy.
Deleteand he is also told that culture only attest the certificate againts HEC Stamps.
He is trusted one, I have also attest my degrees by this man. For others things you have to follow his instructions.

I have attested my Matric HSE B.com and MBA from HEC and ministry of foreign affairs islabamad..I sent my papers to be attested from saudI counselate in khi they refused it coz they need an offer letter from my employer but the employer says to provide the degrees..now I dont knw what to do.. 1. The offer letter shoulb be in arabic or english or both?
2. The offer letter should contain what I mean what should I ask my enployer to write in it..should it say that I am their employee under this designation hired since this and for the transfer of sponsorship they request the counselate to attest ny degree
3.wont there be any issue if I send my current iqama copy to the counselate as the iqama is not yet transferred
4. As per ur expert opinion I should wait for the transfer and then apply degree attestation so that I can change my profession later
5. All documents i.e. matric HSE b.com and MBA to be attested from saudi counselate
6.is it ok if i translate all these documents from.here in saudi arabia or translation is not required.

Mrs / Miss Sobia, I have read your query about Degree Attestation. The Saudi Consulate has changed the rule, sure they need offer letter from the company and all other requirement as described above. Here are answers according to your questions sr. no. (may be someone other needs that)
Delete1. I am sure (as in my company) offer letter is always in Arabic (sometimes we have to translate in English)
2. When you join the company , their HR Department gives you some papers that are called offer letter or agreement (you can ask your company about that in details)
3. Sure you have to send your iqama copy also, but it would not be replacement of offer letter.
4. Yes, you should wait until transfer of iqama, or tell them to give you VISA and offer letter.
5. No, only your Current degree is enough to attest (but all previous documents will supporting documents that verify that its you)
6. Translation is compulsory for attestation of documents.
7. May be 700/- SAR.
Hope Answered. its better you should go there or send someone blood relation to attest the documents.
if you are not going to attest the documents then you have to give authority letter that he/she is authorize to attest (submit and receive) your degrees.

ReplyDeleteits means both according to these days rules (company letter describe your job, designation, salary etc and contact letter means agreement letter). Its not possible without attested by Chamber of Commerce + Foreign office in Saudi Arabia.

My matric and fsc documents are attested from foriegn office, now i have to attest from saudi culture and embassy, is it necesary to attest from saudi culture because on requrie document form they just mentioned to attest from saudi embassy islamabad. And kindly guide me that saudi embassy and culture do attest matric, fsc and 6 months diploma as i heard that they only attest degree. Deletehave consult with Business point, they said some new rule has been introduced by saudia. Your husband company need to send attested NIC and Passport copy by herself to the the saudi culture. Once they recieve that from your husband company then we send the degree for attestation.

ReplyDeleteToday 3-June-2014 i visited chamber of commerce and got attested my company letter from chamber of commerce, then i went to MOFA window and the guy sitting there returned me paper back saying that only Chamber Of Commerce attestation is enough, no need to attest paper from MOFA. I told him that this is required back in Saudi Cultural Mission Islamabad but he insisted that i don't need this...Do anybody know about this latest change in law ?
They are right, i called to Saudi culture office in Pakistan, they confirmed that Attestation of company Letters to Saudi embassy and culture office from MOFA is not necessary, these reference letters only need attestation of Chamber of commerce, Contract needs the attestation from both Chamber of commerce and MOFA, and they won’t refuse. I got attested my documents in the same way in June 2014

I got job offer from a hospital in khobar on behalf of which I got attested my degree from khi saudi embassy.when I took this to saudi commission ,they told me that we need transcript too.hec is not attesting my transcript papers because they are issued by college and hec only attest university issued documents.if hec will not attest then khi saudi embassy is also refusing to attest.i belong to karachi but I have come to know that if I sent my transcript papers to islamabad through agent then they might attest my transcript papers including credit hours in them. Kindly guide me.
